Intended parent consultation: In collaboration with fertility clinics, agencies, sperm banks and private parties, we screen, evaluate and explore the suitability of donor and surrogate candidates, ensuring they understand the commitment involved in the process of reproduction. You will have an opportunity to address any emotional, psychological, and practical concerns related to your treatment process. This includes: disclosure to your future child; how to talk about the process with friends and family; donor selection; readiness to use a known or anonymous sperm or egg donor; and important legal necessities.

The cost of the evaluation includes the evaluation itself ($350) and the written report ($250). If your evaluation must be completed in less than 2 weeks, there is an additional $200 rush fee for a 7-day turn around or $500 for 3-day.

This service is available to anyone domestically or internationally in need of an evaluation as part of their fertility care.
