ways we can work together

intended parent consultation

Intended Parent (Psychological) Consultations are a required first step in starting your fertility process. During this consultation you will have the opportunity to address any psychological or emotional stressors related to your fertility treatment process.

(in)fertility counseling

Infertility counseling includes all aspects of infertility and those who have a desire to conceive. Therapy sessions are tailored for individuals and couples seeking extra support during their path to parenthood.

  • I work with my clients on a weekly basis. Individual sessions are 50 min length, however sessions may go beyond depending on need and type of service rendered. When you work with me, I provide a dedicated date and time just for you. Your consistent participation greatly contributes to your success. Due to the varying nature and severity of problems and each patient’s individuality, I cannot predict the length of your therapy or guarantee a specific outcome or result. Services can end at any time or when you feel you’ve reached a place of wellbeing. Many clients stay until they achieve pregnancy, and others choose to stay through the postpartum period before ending therapy.

  • I do not accept insurance and would be considered an Out-Of-Network Provider. If you have a health insurance policy, it will usually provide some coverage for mental health treatment. If you choose to submit to insurance, it is important for you to check with your carrier first so that you understand the requirements and limitations of your policy for treatment by an Out-of-Network psychotherapist. Although I do not participate with any insurance plans or accept direct insurance payment, I will assist by providing you with a billing statement, called a superbill, monthly or after each session. This bill will contain all information required by most insurance carriers for reimbursement. I do provide an invoice for reimbursement if you want to use your FSA/HSA. Ask me for details during your phone consultation.

  • At this time, I provide secure and effective therapy via video conference. My clients enjoy being able to meet from the privacy and comfort of their own home, no need to worry about getting dressed up and driving to an office space.

  • I work with my clients Monday through Thursday from 10AM - 3 PM.

  • It honestly depends on my caseload. Best thing to do is book a consultation to explore working together. Lea
